A salute to The Great Ted Heath And His Orchestra, has been endorsed by the Ted Heath Music Appreciation Society and is performed by The Chris Dean Big Band, an utterly elating revival recreating the swinging sounds of the legendary bandleader.

With a programme of the original masterpieces from the vast Heath library and featuring hits associated with singers, Lita Roza, Denis Lotis and the late Dickie Valentine. Musicians of Chris Dean’s calibre are few and far between, not only is he one of the foremost trombone players in Europe and leader of the award winning Syd Lawrence Orchestra , his services over the years have been sought by Quincy Jones, Nelson Riddle, Robert Farnon, Henry Mancini and George Shearing and has accompanied the likes of Frank Sinatra, Barbara Streisand and Tony Bennett.
